Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email right after checkout and a second email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

We partner with international fulfillment centers, so standard delivery typically takes 8 to 15 business days after dispatch. During peak periods or carrier delays it can take up to 20 business days. Tracking updates may take 2 to 5 days to appear after you receive your tracking number.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We currently ship to the United States.

Lost or stuck shipments

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, contact us at hello@vaylostudios.com and we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund where appropriate.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
