Refund Policy

60-night guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a refund or replacement within 60 days of delivery. Email hello@vaylostudios.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No return shipment required.

Returns

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in their original packaging. We will provide the return address by email; return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

Non-delivery

If your order never arrives (see our Shipping Policy timelines), we will reship it or refund you in full, your choice.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before fulfillment begins. After that the order is already in processing and the standard return policy applies.
